Our current manufacturing time is approximately 4 - 5 weeks. This is not a guarantee, it is only a good guess based off of total number of holsters needed manufacturing divided by the average amount of holsters we produce per day. We have no control of the amount of orders coming in ahead of yours so the turnaround time may vary.
If you choose 2-3 Day Priority, your order will ship 2-3 Day Priority AFTER your holster has been manufactured. If you order online, you will be E-mailed the USPS tracking information. The same goes for Express shipping.

To return a product from Stoner Holsters, please follow these steps:
Contact Stoner Holsters at (513) 424-3800 or firstname.lastname@example.org within ten days of receipt of the item to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return all items in a new and unused condition for a full refund or an exchange (less shipping and handling).
All items being returned or exchanged after 10 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Stoner Holsters guarantees anything made by Stoner for 1 year. We will replace or repair any item with material and/or workmanship defects up to 1 year after purchase.
